West Virginia May 2016

This is something that happened in May of 2016. We were visiting my parents in WV. They told us that someone had seen Bigfoot on top of the mountain by the Goldfish pond 2 weeks before we arrived. One afternoon close to dark I decided to take a walk up the road from my parents. As I was returning to their house at the bottom of the ridge the ridge that goes up the mountain to the pond I heard four knocks. I stopped to see if I could locate the origin of the sound. But this was the dark side of the mountain all I could see is the top silhouettes of trees. The sound seemed to come from a holler going up to the ridge top. So I started walking again since I couldn’t see anything. Again it knocked four times I stopped and looked to see if I could locate it. With no success I started to walk again I looked down to see my step and all of a sudden I heard something flying through the tree tops right by me so fast that when I heard it and looked up it had already passed. The small limbs were shaking where it passed. I decided then to move out even though I had a gun.
